The Group Art Exhibition is one of the annual programmes of the Akademi designed at showcasing the talents of the local artists on national platforms. In the past years, the Akademi has organised this exhibition at several major cities of India including New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Chandigarh, Goa, Jaipur, Thiruvananthapuram, Guwahati, Bhubaneswar etc. Through this exhibition, the artworks of the local artists have acquired pan India exposure with the consequence that several eminent artists have begun to realise the potential of Manipuri artists.
