This award is annually conferred on 3 Manipuri artists for their distinguished artworks in respective fields of Painting, Sculpture, Graphics & Other Mediums. Like the other awards, this award also carries a cash value of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) only, a Memento and Certificate of Honour.
